The rules: The team that has solved that most riddles before 7 PM EST Wednesday wins. Myself and/or SSJT will be posting them at random times throughout that time period.

Obviously the first to correctly answer the riddle gets the points. If myself or SSJT sees you got the correct answer, we will tell you. If there are no correct answers yet, we will periodically tell you. If you use a process of elimination to get the right answer, or it's obvious you flat out guessed out of the blue, we will ask for an explanation before we give you credit.

All riddles / guessing will go on this thread.

Edited posts are considered invalid.

Teams are even in numbers - so everybody is in.

We will offer an explanation upon a riddle being solved.

ON ALL ANSWERS - PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH RIDDLE YOU'RE ANSWERING.

Good luck.

That was a good one. I was trying all kinds of arithmetic and geometric sequences.

Riddle #1 Explanation:

The next row is
1113213211
Starting with the second line, every line describes the line before it. In writing, it is:
One One
Two Ones
One Two One One
etc.
etc.

The riddle does not say the man was shot while sitting in his car? It just says he was in his car and was shot in the head.

I'm getting a headache...after that number business :frown:

Riddle #5

This may seem impossible, but think about it.

What is the answer to (a-x) (b-x) (c-x) (d-x) ....... (z-x) ?

The "......." stands for all the rest of the letters up until Z.
