Lesbians: We made our baby deaf on purpose

<a href="http://www.thisislondon.com/dynamic/news/story.html?in_review_id=545846&in_review_text_id=511810" target="_blank">http://www.thisislondon.com/dynamic/news/story.html?in_review_id=545846&in_review_text_id=511810</a>

A deaf lesbian couple have admitted deliberately creating what are believed to be the world's first designer handicapped babies.

The two women tracked down a deaf sperm donor to ensure that their daughter, who is now five, would inherit the same inherited hearing disabilty that they both share.

Talk about selfish and IMMORAL!!!!

This pisses me off at so many different levels...

How cruel is that!!!????

Whatever happened to the idea of helping our children meet their maximum potential and these tarts purposefully deny their child hearing??!!

They should be put to death by torture!!!

What is our world coming to?

Handicapping a child on purpose should be a crime! They and the doctor that helped them should be thrown in jail!

Terpy...I don't think they needed a doctor to help them. I suppose they found the deaf male on their own. This is getting closer and closer to cloning humans. Touchy area there!

All I have to say is that if one day babies can be bought on EBAY for a set amount of money, and it becomes a business, I will kill myself.

BTW, I know the above post sounds somewhat like adoption today, but adoption is for a good cause (saving kid's lives).

If there is ever a business called "buyurbabee" or something, I will shoot myself in the head right after I send hate email to the scientist(s)who created cloning. Of course the whole DNA coding principle can cure diseases and other helpful things, but the morality issue is way, way, way too far across the line.
