His strike zone was about as wide as his (do I really need to say it <img border="0" alt="[laugh]" title="" src="graemlins/laughing.gif" /> ). He was the home plate ump for Game 5 in the 1997 NLCS (Marlins/Braves) and that was the worst umpiring job I've ever seen. He was calling strikes that were 2 feet outside on the Braves. Seems like Bobby Cox and a Braves player got thrown out for arguing about it.
