"This is more true with guys who try to pressure girls into oral sex."

I believe the key fact here is 14 years old. SSJT has the right idea. Whether it is oral sex, sexual intercourse, a hand job, or anything else related to a 14 year old and sexual behavior, it is just wrong. No wonder SIDs are running rampant through society. People are catching them without knowing about it at younger & younger ages.
