LK, that's my best answer, I don't know the "right" answer, but yes, you have to use a combination of both at the same time plus turning one inside out.

OK, this may get graphic but here is my solution:

Double up on the condoms with the first girl. Condom A over condom B. After finishing with her remove condom A and go at it with girl #2. Now, remove condom B and put condom A on inside out.

When done, you have to have "maleness" on one side and female A on one side, female B on one side and female C on one side.
