The Ravens are too damn young! Look at the experience amongst the starters (number of NFL years to the right of each name)....

Offense
WR 89 TRAVIS TAYLOR 2
LT 75 JONATHAN OGDEN 6
LG 61 CASEY RABACH 1
C 62 MIKE FLYNN 5
RG 66 BENNIE ANDERSON 2
RT 64 EDWIN MULITALO 3
TE 86 TODD HEAP 1
WR 80 BRANDON STOKLEY 3
QB 7 CHRIS REDMAN 2
RB 31 JAMAL LEWIS 2
FB 39 ALAN RICARD 3

Defense
LDE 99 MICHAEL MCCRARY 10
NT 97 KELLY GREGG 5
RDE 98 ANTHONY WEAVER 0
LOLB 96 ADALIUS THOMAS 1
LILB 56 ED HARTWELL 1
RILB 52 RAY LEWIS 6
ROLB 58 PETER BOULWARE 5
LCB 28 GARY BAXTER 1
RCB 21 CHRIS McALISTER 3
SS 42 WILL DEMPS 0
FS 20 ED REED 0

If you go into the 2nd team it gets worse. 18 rookies are projected to make the team..... UGH! It's going to be a long season.

They are a shell of what they were the last 3 years. You're right LT, it's going a long year in Raven country.

Welcome to what my Cowboys had to go through. But unlike baseball, the salary cap makes the game better. It just decimates really good teams into nothing in the matter of a year or a few years. But it's still good for the game.

Since former Toledo tailback, Chester Taylor, is playing for the Ravens now I have been following them this year. I think they will be fine a running back with Jamal seeming to be past his injury and Chester backing him up.

I am worried about quarterback. I don't think Redmon is ready to take over the offense. Could be a long season.
