no justice

Paris Hilton does 45 days in jail for drunk driving and this woman could only get 65 days for shooting her husband in the back while he slept.

Apparently in Tennessee its open season on husbands.

Yeah, I've been following this story, and I've seen pictures of her on TV. This lady is lying her butt off and you could even see the smirk of pride stretched across her face. She did the "I'm a helpless female victim of this man" routine. A bunch of crap about how he made up dress up like a hooker and perform weird sex acts, etc. O.K., so what? If it happens to be true, you leave the guy or get the heck away from him. The guy is dead and she can make up any kind of crap about him she wants to. Who can refute it? Her kids were too young to know what was going on, and she could coach them to say what she wanted them to say. This lady is a pure *itch and got away with murder. That's just my unbiased humble opinion. If a man marrys a women and anything goes wrong, there will be hell to pay for the guy and the woman will walk away just fine. What a wonderful thing the feminist have given us.

Hey, do ya'll think I could like every get a woman to like me if I like lost some weight maybe? Or do you think I'd wind up getting shot in the back--haha.

For this case to start at Capital Murder and then she is convicted on Manslaughter with her having to serve only 3 weeks in a mental hospital before probation... Did the "Poor Preacher's Wife" scam work that well, or did the Prosecution just blow it?

Look on the bright side.... no guy in his right mind will be sleeping with her for a long time, but I bet that OJ Simpson will ask her out on a date..

Sorry I should not have come on so strong. I realize I need to tone down my remarks some. I should not have called her a *itch.

I haven't followed this case at all, but even if her claims are true...so what? I thought sex between a husband and wife was ok. And who defines "weird"?

What kind of nutty system do we have, when courts strike down sodomy laws and demand conjugal visits for gay prisoners, then let a woman murder her husband because he wanted to have "weird" sex with her.

Meanwhile, here in GA, the DA wants to keep a kid in prison for ten years because he got a blowjob.

Even AFTER they changed the law, it's a misdemeanor for a person to get a blowjob.

Sodomy lawas should be struck down, and gay prisoners should receive conjugal visits.

The last bit of your comment is a non sequitor. The woman should still receive the full penalty for murder.

Endzone2...That is enough of that kind of crap. The only person that speaks ebonics (or broken English, or whatever that crap is) on this board is you. You want to discuss, then discuss it, but stop responding to soph and others that way.

GrayBeard,

It's OK. The only time that I see this guy's stuff is when someone else quotes him.

However, he should know not to call me "Sophie", but I guess that no one ever taught him the definition of respect. Shows what sort of upbringing and family he comes from.

I mean, besides the other stuff, that is.

RE: Apparently in Tennessee its open season on husbands.
How come a white guy isn't allowed to speak ebonics? I mean black guys are allowed to speak English--perfectly neutral English like people from Ohio like me speak. And if you happened to listen to home boy on TV when he was in prison, he did in fact speak Ebonics. I also notice it's O.K. for a black guy to mock a white guy anytime he wants to. But, it's not O.K. the other way around?

Greybeard I thought you were all about fairness and equality--even for white folk like me. It would seem you're not really about that at all are you? You still are of that old school that wants special treatment for blacks--aren't you? Come on confess.

Speak ebonics all you want to. Typing it is a different story. Tends to make me want to :noisycricket: you.
