seriously, i won't demean myself by engaging your sanctimonious stupidity. and seriously, for a guy who seems to think his every petulant question deserves an answer, how come you never answered my questions? was it because they weren't petulant?

i'm sure "douchebag" is close behind. and i hope the douchebags of the world do not take offense at my use of quotations. haven't heard back from the sophomores yet
That you're running from the question is quite telling.
So, is that what you think about Black people?

Why, for calling someone out for saying something that is racist? WTF am I supposed to do, just let people get away with spouting off racist BS whenever they want? Why is it that when someone Black calls someone out for making a racist comment, someone else tries to marginalize what he said? Is it that you really don't want to have an open and honest discussion on race matters? Or is it that you are just unaware of certain things, and either don't know or are too afraid to ask about them?
Bottom line: Gruehls made a racist comment. All he has to say is that he worded it poorly, and all is forgiven, yet he refuses to do so and in fact stands by it. Furthermore, when asked whether the initial post reflects his opinion about Black people, he refuses to answer. Why is that, do you think?

Soph,
I call people out on their racist posts all the time. That is why Kev starting calling me a "Race Pimp".
I agree with you that the country as a whole needs to have a real conversation about race. Unfortunately white people (especially males) are so full of "guilt" over their wrongs that they can't discuss them without getting defensive.

No, I called you a race pimp because you said conservatives, and me in particular, were racist by nature. YOU are the bigot here, not me.

You shouldn't feel guilty about anything, and if you don't have any guilt, then you should have no problem entering into an open and honest discussion about race and race issues.
Some people here are afraid to, and some are in denial about the world around them.

Soph, you and I have been down this road before. In my opinion, you are overly sensitive to this topic and can only see the racism in one direction.
