Would you be illegal?
Could you pass the U.S. Citizenship test?

I missed two: #8 and #19.

RE: Would you be illegal?
I got #18 and #19 wrong. #19 I knew nothing about. #18 I think was misleading based on the fact that there are ways around it. I don't want to say too much to give it away, but loopholes have allowed for a way around this at least 4 times in the last 60 years.

100%, although I guessed on #19.

100%, nifty. Obviously guessed on #19.

As for #18, you might check article 1 section 8 for the specific wording. And it has only been done 5 times in history. (Don't click the link if you haven't played yet.) I think it has been closer to 200 times that loopholes have been used to get around it.

#18 isn't misleading if you've ever read the Constitution.

With the 200, yeah I guess you are right. I was thinking more about the really big/long times it was used....

I got all of them correct.

The only reason that I knew the citizenship test is that I have several friends who have become naturalized citizens.

RE: Would you be illegal?
I got 95%. #19 would be something that only an immigrant would know since they have to fill out the form. But I got all of the US history and constitutional stuff right.

I guess all of our ancestors were able to pass whatever citizenship qualifications there were back then when they came over.

They should have to do the same today.
