no need for the quotes, Lloyd wasn't forced out.

But he should have been. No coach has done less with more...

This is laughable, for starters what about John Cooper?

How long did they give Willingham? He was there three years and went 21-16 with 2 bowl games (both losses). Weis is currently at 22-15 with 2 bowl losses.

How can they justify keeping him?

Yeah, Willingham got punked, that's for sure. But with a 10-year deal for Weis, can they AFFORD to get rid of him?

He tried to retire after the Rose Bowl in January but the AD and President begged him to stay one more year. 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-banghead

The better question is can they afford to keep him?

If Notre Dame wants to get rid of him, they can come up with the money.

notre dame has more many than god....and maybe even some of god's money. they could buy out his entire contract in full if they really had to. they wont...theyll give him another 2 years.

In a wild twist, multiple sources are reporting Tommy Tuberville to Arkansas

Quote:Multiple sources tell KNWA that Tommy Tuberville willl be Arkansas' next head football coach. There is still a chance the situation can change but KNWA firmly believes the Auburn coach has agreed to take over for Houston Nutt. KNWA will have more details tonight at ten.

roffles there is no chance Arkansas is a better job than Auburn, maybe Tuberville just wants to coach every team in the SEC.
