Exclamation That there's football weather!
Mother Nature says F U climate-controlled domed stadiums.

A week after playing host to a blizzard and 25 degree temps, Lambeau Field will get hit with even colder temps this weekend. Gametime temperature is expected to be around 4 and will drop to 0 before the game is over. Throw in a steady 15 mph wind and it will feel like -27 degrees, once again proving that no team has a home field advantage quite like the Pack.

RE: That there's football weather!
I really dont think the cold is going to have that much of an effect on the game, at least not like the snow did last week. The wind will be a factor but 15 mph winds isnt that bad at all. It is going to be cold but when you are on the field playing (running around and such) you arent going to notice it that much. The ball is going to feel like a rock and it will be tough to catch it and grip it to throw, so I guess in that sense it will have an impact. The team that can run the ball effectively will win IMO. Id give the edge to the Packers, The Giants have a strong running game but their run defense isnt very good. The Packers on the other hand, with the emergence of Ryan Grant have a pretty good running game and they are decent at stopping the run. I really cant see either team throwing the ball with much effectiveness but the edge in the passing game obviously goes the Favre and the Packers. Favre has the experience in dealing with cold weather, and is obviously a better QB than Manning (though manning has stepped it up a good deal over the past month)

i think we have a better running game. Jacobs and Grant had basically the exact same numbers when you extrapolate the latter's carries. Plus, we have bradshaw who's a manster (half man, half monster).

Also, how can you say we don't have a very good run defense? We were 8th against the run and green bay was 14th. I'm not sure what your barometer is.

The funny thing about your post is how you said you don't think the cold weather will have much of an impact and then you went on to list a handful of things that'll be greatly impacted by the weather.
