You misrepresented her position.

I don't think 10 year olds should quite be allowed to fornicate, seeing as how they will not have been educated at least SOMEWHERE of the consequences of those actions. Filming such things takes it several notches more unethical.

No ... the statement I read from her indicates she's aye-ok with children having consensual sex. Provided both parties consent -- she says -- it should be legal. Feel free to link me to something showing me a different stance.

Thats correct...and as I said...Its about force. Concent is not force.
She stated that forced child sex should be illegal. Its a positon of principle that the LP has stood for since its beginnings. She still holds those original LP principles...She is one of the few left in the party leadership.

RE: Gravel??
Well, if she had made it to the ticket, you can be absolutely sure that the only press she would have gotten would have been to tell everyone that she favored underage sex and child porn.
And that would have made any ticket with her on it a disaster.
And in a year when the presumptive republican and democrat nominees are both carrying a lot of baggage, a libertarian who can make a letigitimate appeal to the 60% of Americans who are fiscally conservative and socially liberal could draw enough votes to establish the party as a legitimate force going forward, instead of a largeley irrelevant debating society. And that's a goal worth achieving.
I'm starting to wonder if maybe a lot of libertarians enjoy the gadfly role so much that they're actually afraid of getting enough votes in any election to become relevant.

Barr is an unprincipled ******* that could not make any impact in his own party. So he does what any unprincpled ******* does...go find another route to power. He has flipfloped so much that his mustache should turn into a handlebar. The LP is has become just like the rest of the parties....pandering bunch of woosies. To HELL with princple...as long as we can get the ability to get votes and decide what is right or wrong for everyone else.

Since tommorow is a holiday...Tuesday, I will offically withdraw my membership in the LP....I urge others to do so also in protest for their lack of principle.

The funny thing about this whole thing is that Barr will likely draw a decent enough vote to decide the election for the other parties.03-lmfao.....I hope yall like socialism03-nutkick

What that implies is *very* interesting to me. Especially considering people like you are Faux's core demographic.

He forced in the sunset provisions to the Patriot Act, and has railed against it ever since it was clear it was being abused.

Fo Shizzle Wrote:pro drug war
He joined MPP years ago and has helped in the case for medicinal marijuana. He had MPP's endorsement for President.

Fo Shizzle Wrote:pro border control
I agree with this.

Fo Shizzle Wrote:supports interventionist foriegn policies
You get that where? His policy sounds like more moderate Ron Paul. He even uses the word non-interventionist.

Fo Shizzle Wrote:favors a national sales tax
I'm for the Fair Tax provided the 16th Ammendment is repeale.

Fo Shizzle Wrote:favors govt. control of internet
how so?
