Rather tumultuous lately with Scolari coming in and the Euros slowing down the transfer market, and I am wondering when the dominoes begin to tumble. As a Utd. fan here is where I begin, sell Ronaldo if you can get 100,000,000.
Is that a ridiculous price? Absolutely, but he is clearly the best player in the world and he is only 23. The morons at Madrid and Barca are peeing in their pants trying to land the best galactico;must be an election year.
Why sell him? He is going to leave eventually anyway, and his value might not ever be higher, and a bidding war between two of the richest clubs in the world would be fun to watch.
We do not want to lose him, but we will, so why not make the best of it?
Chelsea is gong to load up and will walk away with the title next year. Utd. were a bit lucky to win this year and it is tough to win three in a row. SAF likes to rebuild when his team is good so what better time? Sell Scholes to Sunderland, Sylvestre and Saha will be gone as soon as the Euros are over, make Ben Foster your number one or use some of that transfer money to pry Tim Howard back from Everton.
Utd. will sign a striker but Villa won't be the one. I hope it is not friggin Berbatov the bulgarian pouter. Add Benzema and take the influx of cash and buy three top class players (Micah Richards, Joe Cole, Huntelaar and bank some for the winter transfer market. Important also to remember that Tevez is on loan and a transfer fee will need to be reached to secure his services.
Utd will lose Queiroz to Portugal, so maybe it is also time to start the search for a new manager. My pick would be the special one.Sure he just sent to Serie A, but in three years he will be ready to go back to England.
At any rate, Rafa and Arsene are quietly scouring the Euros, seeing almost every match live. They are there to land the top class players, period. Utd. would be best off selling Ronaldo and strengthening the squad as a whole.

If I'm a Barca fan his comments about individual players and plans might make me a little bit nervous.

I would be too, more so about Rohanaldinho than Deco or E'eto. Gaucho seems like he can fit any system and the threat of him and Theirry Henry is scary. A two time FIFA World Player of the Year and Runner Up in the same attack is something to be reckoned with. The thing to thing about with Barcelona is the ever present talent of Lionel Messi, he is the future of the club and the guy they will build around, despite what the manager says in the article.
