College Gameday
has the location already been decided for week 2?

if not is there a good chance it might be the uc/ok game
anyone have any insight on this?

looking through next weeks schedule the only other game with as much appeal as ours may be florida/miami (fl)

i know herbstreit would like to avoid even acknowledging that uc exists.

I have heard that it will be at Florida, it's on ESPN at night which makes at a better choice for them but defiantly not the best game of the day.

Herbstreit is a clown. My guess is it isn't his choice anyway and if it was it would be Gameday from the OSU locker room with as many jock straps around his neck as possible.

actually, as a UC fan, I can honestly say that Herbstreit is not too biased towards OSU. yes he went there, so he might talk about them, but he usually picks fairly during games, and picked against them in the title games the last two years.

I agree, but I think the bias he has is geared more toward the Big Ten as a whole. He, like many others, can't yet grasp the fact that the conference is being surpassed by faster and more athletic conferences while the Big Ten still largely plays with the three-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust mentality (Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan aside)

I don't think they will have it at OK. there might be residual whether from Gustav going thru there.

Good Points. I was just messing around. He is very biased toward the Big 10 but I can't blame him. Just like I am biased about UC/Oaklahoma over Florida/Miami for Gameday next week.

I agree. Herbie is a class guy and FAR from a homer. Honestly, I know that plenty of O$U people gets pissed at him because of his honesty.

And he's always said kind things about the UC program. Growing up in Centerville he used to come down to plenty of games at Nippert.

Holding his Herbstreit classic at Nippert (last yr i believe) didn't hurt our chances with recruits either...I'll take him over Corso or Mark May anyday.

yea....but he did put ONE BE school in the top 25 in his pre-season poll and that was WVA at #18. He's basically a doucheapotomis.

RE: College Gameday
He predicted the BGSU over Pitt upset. I give him props for that, but it pissed me off when he said it, considering they were supposed to be a top Big East team.
