This looks a little too much like Mach trying (unsuccessfully) to be funny. Remember his "former student at Langley?" When his original effort to be controversial doesn't pan out, Mach reverts to something he thinks of as humor.

Actually, IMO, he's trying to build up a story for himself that the entire thing was a joke by him. I don't buy it. IMO, he truly believed it, but then when he was proven to be wrong, he had to concoct something to make himself out to be somewhat of a joker. He just doesn't want to be wrong.

That is the next logical step to this storyline (well, maybe not the frozen sperm part - I'm not sure Ronnie was still shooting bullets when they started freezing sperm). I mean, if you're gonna go with a conspiracy, you might as well go big.

I just got in from playing softball with my kids and the neighbor's. All the time I'm playing i can't get this story out of my mind. I know I'm obsessed with it. I just reread this thread and I was very cautious at first. But deep inside, when it first broke yesterday, I had an almost euphoric christmas rush. I was giddy. Couldn't stop smiling. I have this deep seeded cynicism when it comes to the Republican Party. I know it. I'm trying to deal with it. I just see Republican politicians as plastic. Everyrthing they say or do I want fact checked and cross referenced. Meanwhile, I always look with a forgiving eye towards a D. I still honestly believe Clinton told the truth in his sexual harassment deposition. To the letter of the law... to the letter of the law. Hopefully from self awareness comes growth. Now I'm debating alot of things.

1) This was an actual plot to lessen the bombshell of her daughter's out of wedlock pregnancy. *** **** this was THE ONLY way you could drop that kind of bombshell and have it applauded by you guys. Admit it, you were clapping to the high heaven's that she was 5 months along. This WAS THE ONLY way you applaud that.

2) Now this is the very cynical side of me and I know it's not good. What if Trig was the daughter's and they say the girl miscarried after the election. This just too many damn coincidences. The girl being out of school for 5 months. She is NOT 7 months pregnant in those pictures.

I know I need to stop it. It's not good to bring this up anymore. I'm being as honest with you as I possibly can. No, I'm not joking. That Langley bit was a GREAT joke btw. I'm not passing this one off as a joke. That Langley one was good though.

I think this may actually help the McCain ticket. First for those who are critical of the Republican pro-life platform two of their main talking points are gone. "You would feel differently IF you were told you were carrying a seriously ill child" People with downs syndrome rarely live beyond their early twenties. Sarah Palin new she was going to have a child with a severe developmental disability which is ultimately terminal and she CHOSE LIFE. "You would feel differently if your teenage daughter told you she was pregnant." Sarah Palin got this news and she and her daughter CHOSE LIFE.
Finally not only did Sarah Palin follow the values she discusses in public, those values have passed to her daughter as she CHOSE LIFE for her unborn child.

Let he among you without sin cast the first stone. How many liberal and conservative have a direct connection to an unplanned pregnancy and the mother CHOSE LIFE.

I know of two prominent Democrats that have actively campaigned this year that have a direct connection to an unplanned pregnancy.
