I didn't intently read the whole story because a lot of it was the same old stuff. But if you go down to the last paragraph you'll find this.

Wow, that really would be communism and would mean we totally threw away the constitution. We need to get rid of "entitlements" not make them mandatory!

Fair playing field for farmers? Does that mean she expects the gov't to control the weather? Pestilience?
Or do we destroy good crops to level the field for farmers who suffer setbacks?
