Bearcat brethren:

I am only counting 3 Cincy mens games (excluding BE opening rounds). What the heck is up with that?

What TV provider do you have? UC's game will pretty much be picked up on SNY if they aren't on one of the ESPN networks to begin with. It has been that way for a while...

When I pulled up UC's schedule on espn.com, I counted like 12 games on Full court. Which schedule are you looking at?

Huh..I did a "find" search on a Full Court PDF schedule. Great news...I may subscribe after all.

What is SNY? Are most of the games not being played on ESPN (360, full court, etc) broadcast on SNY?

The PDF was probably created months ago. While the espn site updates apparently daily, cause just this am the Toledo game showed a full Court logo by it, but now it's just a 360 logo.

SNY is in the sports pack on Dish. Do a search on their channel guide. BJ, both Dish and DirecTV have the channel.

Roughly how many UC games show up on that channel throughout the year?

SNY is the New York sports channel. They are the flag bearer to the Big East. They do a Big East football show each week before the 12 noon game. UC hoops will definitely make their lineup when not in conflict with other Big East games.

Direct or Dish with the sports pack really is the way to go. With Direct TV's sports pack you get all the Fox Sports channels (all the different cities where with cable it's Fox Sports Cincinnati), STO (Sports Time Ohio) out of Cleveland, several NY channels (SNY, MSG, MSG+, YES), just to name a few... it's well worth it.

Now will college hoops games on those channels that are also on Full court be blacked out no matter where you live? Like they do MLB games and such? (ie. they make you buy the expensive packages)

Some channels will black out the full court games, but not all. I've not missed a televised UC game in years with the sports pack.
