RE: Gov't hands down salary caps
Quote:About 12 executives were granted exemptions to the $500,000 cash cap because they were necessary for the companies to "thrive, be able to compete, and not lose key people," he said Friday.

How much will those 12 donate to democratic political groups?

Thats what you get for allowing the government into your private business. You should have just folded up shop. "Too big to fail" doesn't exist.

The over/under is at 11.5. I'll take the over.

So the government can now dictate which companies will be able to get the best talent.

If this isn't fascism, I'd like one of you libs to f'n tell me what is. Robert? CB? Anyone?

I agree. But WE shouldn't have allowed gov't into private business.

I'm sure some of these schleps are content to be at $500K salaries w/ the gov't backing them so they can't fail. When you think about it, it's a pretty good racket.

In the mean time, tell me those companies won't get preferential treatment by the gov't ("We have to help those companies, they received taxpayer dollars!") which will only go to harm real private enterprise even further.
