the kind with honey added....straight up..yum !

we still need to talk about where you buy your protein young lady!

don't hurt me....I buy here at GNC because it's really close and I get the BIG can and 20% discount with my gold card. I will price you guys out I promise.

sorry to be off topic and hi-jack but I have to ask. Does that protein help you stay healthy? every vegetarian I have ever been around has been sickly. I dont know many vegetarians personally, the two closest to me both died at early ages.

In June 1993 I had gastric bypass surgery. I weighed almost 300 lbs. at the time. I won't say what I weigh now but I can sure say it's no where near 300 lbs. 03-lmfao Anyone that has this surgery has to really load up on protein because our bodies don't absorb the protein in food as well now. After the surgery my taste buds did a major change....and I still don't really understand why but they did. I no longer enjoyed beef, the thought of pork makes me sick and anything greasy is just not appealing anymore. I orginally did eat chicken (especially for the protein) but really didn't enjoy it and now have pretty much cut that out too. I do eat fish a little but will eventually phase that out too. I have been doing this for about 5 years now and have never felt better in my life. It works for me and my body. I do get a B12 shot each month and take a multi-vitamin each day (this is also required after gastric bypass) I guess each vegetarian is different in what they actually eat and why they do or do not eat certain foods. For me it's a combination of what I enjoy and what makes my body feel better. Some vegetarians don't take vitamin supplements and they should. Some vegetarians take too many supplements.....guess ya gotta find a happy medium. As far as does the protein help keep me healthy ? yes, I think it does and because of my gastric bypass if I didn't load up on protein I think I would really be unhealthy. There are lots of protein drinks and bars and such out there now. I think that's a good thing.

Until one day when a large Golden barked and made threatening moves toward my wife. I had to grab the leash and tug with both hands to keep the poodle from tearing that dog to pieces. Protective to the death.

Way back when as they ( and I can't remember which department "they" was) were pondering what dogs to use in the newly formed canine squad standard poodles were ruled out as attack/apprehension dogs because they always went for the throat. Even little poodles scare me, vicious little bas... uh, boogers.
That's exactly what they were trained to do. Go for the throat. Of water fowl. Most standard poodles these days are quite smart, but unfortunately, they don't really care if you're a duck, or not, if you corner them or threaten them or their masters.

Bad breeding practices. At one time a dog was bred for temperment first, followed by intelligence then looks. Now they are bred for looks, intelligence, then temperment. So now you have 101 lbs dogs 100% muscle, as smart as a 12 yr old child, and you better not cross their territorial marks or they will rip your throat out.

04-jawdrop that pretty much sums up my KoKo !
