I believe this is where things are going. The Big East will sign the International for the years when ND takes a bowl.

What is going to happen with Liberty/Papa John's though? Will that game be SEC #9? If that is the case, the Big East may want to put its #7 pick there with SBC backup.

With 5 OOC games for every school in The BEast, if Syracuse and Louisville improve like we hope they will, there's no reason why we can't get all 8 teams eligible...

1. nd can only 'steal' 1 bowl in 1 year. Toronto would still need someone for other 3 years.
2. BE5 is being offered for pizza, BE4 could slip there 1 time.
3. BE has never had more than 6 eligible, it really doesn't have a 7th team to offer for certification purposes.

Wow. That's a huge dropoff. I won't mind BE drop this bowl due to the passport issues.

I think there was a big drop off because Buffalo played in last year's bowl and its only 90 miles away. Plus I think it was the first time Buffalo played in a bowl in 50 years or something like that.
