Scout.com Big East Fearless Predictions - Week 1
Big East predicted to go 6-2
I'm going to disagree with them on the Pitt-Utah game...I think that Pitt wins that one. Otherwise, I tend to agree with their picks. IMO, UConn-Michigan is the most intriguing matchup of the week. Go get em Huskies!

I think Pitt is fully capable of winning that game. All they need to do is execute and play their game...
UConn should take down Michigan too...

Since that was posted today you would think that they would have proofread it and fixed the part about Boise St. leaving Fresno St. to rule the WAC.

I have Pitt and UConn this week, but I'm very unsure about them both.

I don't know about Pitt, but I think UConn beats Michigan. I have seen very little to convince me RichRod is going to succeed and while I expect things to improve, think UConn is better for now.

RE: Scout.com Big East Fearless Predictions - Week 1
RR needs a certain type of player to run his system, and they don't grow on trees around Michigan. The Wolverines also don't have an automatic pipeline to somewhere where he can recruit the players he really needs. You can see him getting a player for his system here and there. He'll eventually get them, if he has time. But he's burned so many bridges, and alienated so many people in so many different places, that I doubt he gets any slack at all...
Just like with Stew here at WVU, there's a large portion of Michigan supporters that never felt RR was the right man for the job, and everything they've seen so far has confirmed them that they were right all along...
