WVU-Marshall agree to 10 game series
Signing long term deals with C-USA programs isn't exactly what I'd call big time. And people wonder why WV as a state continues to lag behind just about everyone not named Mississippi or Arkansas. The politicians in WV are about as bush league as it gets.
