I think it's a good strategy. Uconn prefers to play meat and potatoes and run it up the gut, and you are good at it. If we didn't sell out to stop the run, you'd grind us down. Better to stop that and force you to beat us in a way you don't want to and isn't in your comfort zone.

Good Lord .... our weakness at the QB position is an Achilles Heel that just keeps killing us.

If we ignored both teams' offense, and just had their defenses try to score...it could be an exciting game. Just intentionally throw INT's all game.
