C'mon man it ain't complicated...Ill simplify it.
No BCS appearance = No invite
Is that any easier??
How are you a Penn State guy and rooting for the BE?
I never got that too.
Easy...born and raised in NY...heart of BE country. Fell in love with the BE when I was 12 (1988), when StJohns/Syracuse were rocking during the MarkJackson/Derrick Coleman years.
Always wanted them to sponser football....and then in 1991 it happened. With the baddest of em all...the Miami Hurricanes joined the league!!! I was enamored with the Hurricanes...then fell in love with Vick...(he was @VTech while I was in med school in DC so I caught each and every one of his college games on TV)...and then they all left...(totally heartbroken) and I despise each and everyone of them. I love the BE more now because of the underdog status.
As far as PSU...I'm an alum. They gave me a full scholly and had the most to offer.
But I know I am not in the minority in my next statement. Many PSU alums would love to have PSU in the big east!!! It just makes sense....we are THE Northeastern Big Dawg of college football...but yet we play in a midwestern league. Go figure?? You guys talk about 50K and your fan base.....dude...100K strong at beaver stadium aint no joke
The money is way too much and the Big 10 is way too stable for PSU to ever consider leaving. It would be fun though...who knows what the future may hold.
So you're nothing more than a tshirt fan who roots for winning teams conveniently located near you huh?
I guess you must love the Yankees, Celtics, Patriots, Steelers, and Phillies as well huh?

He loves the Red Sox, Yankees, Phillies, and he even jumps on the Mets bandwagon when they are on a winning streak

Try putting the smaller images side by side, instead of stacking a bunch of huge images...

Ummm, most PSU fans do not want to be in the BE. No knock on the BE, just stating a fact.

Hahahaha....you guys are funny. Nah....Yanks....Jets....Knicks...and everything PSU and BE related. If Im considered a bandwagon fan...so be it. Doesnt change the fact that ECU and UCF are both the best candidates of what by many is considered a very....weak....weak....eak....expansion pool.
And yes....there are plenty of PSU alums that would like PSU to be in some form of alignment/conference with its traditional rivals....i.e....Maryland...Boston College...Pittsburgh....West Virginia....Syracuse....etc. But you know...as welll as I know....you dont move from the penthouse to the outhouse....so the B10 will always be home.
