Yep. To my knowledge the Toledo series is completed.

03-weeping

Still was awesome catching a UC game in my hometown 04-cheers

UC running out to a 32-5 lead was the best I have ever seen a UC BB team look, albeit against a UT team playing 4 walk-ons...absolutely dominant...told my wife after the game they would be a tournament team.

Since this has morphed its way into a catch-all scheduling thread, I'd like to ask Sub, or anyone who might know - is this the year we finally get Louisville as a mirror game?

I've heard the excuse that, because we haven't been a tourney team lately, we'd be a "poor TV draw", and TV determines mirror games. Well, that excuse doesn't hold water anymore, being that we've just come off a tourney appearance. I'm a little tired of seeing G'Town and SJU twice a year, and I'm quite sure they feel the same way about us.

Could be, but that is a ways off. They first have to put the teams into tiers based on where coaches believe they belong. Definitely look for much tougher mirror games this year.

St. John's is playing UK.

I'm going to be pissed if we end up playing at Auburn.

Auburn would suck. Their RPI was 254 last year. I don't mind playing a middle of the pack team, I don't want to play the bottom, especially on the road.

There are way too many sub 200 rpi (last years data) teams on this schedule

NW ST 238
Jax st 331
Ala St 266
Okla 130
Marshal 72
Wright st 127
Miami 117

I would like to get a SEC team in the Tennnesee, Ala, GA or Miss range.

It would also really help if Oklahoma improves into a 50-100 RPI team ( I think that is pretty likely).

All this grumbling about the OOC SOS and we were still solidly in the tournament last year. Like Mick and some others had been saying all along, we were going to live and die with how we competed in the Big East.

At the end of the day, if this team plays up to its potential- we should still be solidly in the tournament. No one likes to see an excess in cupcakes, but with the way the school is in financial straits, and with how tough the Big East is- I'm okay with it.
