That's a real shame. UC-UM won't be the same without Huggins patrolling the sidelines. :frown:

Sorry to see Higgins leave UC. He's always been good villian for the Tigers.

Higgins will definitely land back on his feet.

He had to go. He was a drunk driver. That sets a bad example for students of University of Cincinnati.

You set a bad example for anybody with a half a brain. You are a dumba$$ who does nothing but stir the pot. Congratulations on getting a rise out of me.

If I'm Huggins, I try to find another job in the BEand beat Cincy's @$$ every chance I get. Rutgers could be looking for a new coach soon.

They should have gotten rid of him last year then, don't you think?

The best way to fire someone for drunk driving is to fire him right away, not pretend you're giving him a second chance, then out of the blue fire him one year later. Don't you think that would have been the better way?

-- I bet he wishes he was a Mountaineer today :) ....WVU would have never down anything like that and he could have spent the summer giving speeches and kissing babys in the small towns of WV instead of worring about his job

-- BTW...that takes a lot of luster of off the UC/WVU bball game...I bet the BE conference and the TV networks want a "do over" on the conference schedule

I am sure he does. WVU ended up with a good coach in the end however. Not as much national appeal but seems to be getting the job done.

From this Memphis and WVU fan - I wish the best of luck to Huggins.

I would for sure not have as kind words for Herr Pittino!!!
