20 days and 6 hours away! Cant wait to be an official member of the Big East. Things I look most forward to.

-Getting away from the empty C-USA Hoops arenas and stadiums.
-Being part of the BCS
-Forming brand new rivalries with West Virginia, Syracuse, Pitt and others.
-Being part of the elite in football
-Big time hoops matchups with UConn, WVU, Pitt, Cuse, etc

Let the good times roll!

Congrats Cards! I am too looking forward to have UL in the BE. I think those Pitino vs. Calhoun basketball games will be classic. You guys will like the Rent this coming season, it is a lot like PJCS and it is one of the nicest in the country. Basically, it is like a NFL style stadium for college.

UC will have an all day celebration July 1st. There is a campus wide staff and student breakfast celebration on campus. Then at noon downtown there is pep rally lunch combo on Fountain Square to celebrate with the corporate community etc. . The in the evening Mike T. will throw out the first pitch at the Red's game. Then he will
go straight to campus and and evening concert and fireworks display in the new baseball stadium for a public celebration.

Im glad that UC and U of L are leaving CUSA. No more playing Saint Louis and So. MIss and the tough road games at Houston and TCU. I can actually watch our football team considering we only had about 4 games on TV a year in the past. July 1st is gonna be a great day.

4th Street Live, baby!

Last time I went there I lost my credit cards, and called Sully's (and three other bars) the following afternoon trying to track 'em down. Sully's said they had a stack of over TWO HUNDRED "forgotten" cards, LOL. One even had my name on it... and tracked my other one to Parrot Beach 04-cheers 04-drinky

I'll definitely be partying in the Big East city of Philadelphia the night of July 1st and part of the reason will be because our conference is finally coming together.

Sorry we had to keep clogging up Beale St. every New Year's Eve! It was just a consequence of actually winning a conference title all the time, you guys should try it out! 04-cheers

Come on man, it's the Cards . They have to believe they dominated CUSA.
Just let 'em roll with it.

On another note, I understand this is a sports board and we're all fans here.
But if you're really watching the clock this close (down to the minutes? ),
you may possibly need to get laid. Enjoy your summer sports fans.

I don't blame y'all. Finishing in the bottom of the Big East with a fat BCS paycheck is a lot better than finishing in the bottom of C-USA like y'all are accustomed.

Actually, we know we dominated C-USA. We have all the titles and trophies to prove it. Bye Bye C-USA  Hope to never see that league again.

Look.

You can fit USF's entire fan base in that lifeboat.

I have respect for the work that Cincy and the Cards did to get them to a BCS conference and I wish them well. For USF to be invited to a BCS conference is a mockery of any justice in athletics.
