As an SU fan, I'm hoping it's the Orange. But realistically, based upon who teams lost and who is returning and how they played last year, I'd have to say the BE order of finish this year will be:

Louisville
Pittsburgh
Syracuse
West Virginia
Rutgers
UConn
South Florida
Cincinnati

With the first five being bowl eligible.

Cheers,
Neil

Sounds about right, although I'd venture to say that the top 6 might even be bowl eligibile.

So? What's your point? Notre Dame is not in the Big East football conference and doesn't want to be. Are you trying to say they now want to be Big East football conference champions without joining?

I'm picking Pitt

Pitt
Louisville
West Virginia
Syracuse
Rutgers
UC
UCONN
USF

With the last 3 or 4 places being too close to call - could end up in a tie between them.

I know these are our opinions Mike, but are you serious? Do you really think that the BE is so weak that the 3 CUSA schools will come in and dominate?

West Virginia may be the surprise team this year.

Highly doubtful.
Here's my order of finish for the BE:

1) Louisville 11-0 #2
2) Pitt 10-1 #6
3) West Virginia #16
4) Rutgers
5) Syracuse
6) Connecticut
7) South Florida
8) Cincinnati

If there ever is going to be Rutgers's year, its going to be this year that we finally get over the hump.

USF is till going to surprise a bunch of you Big East guys. I keep telling you all with a good QB their team will be at least in the top half. Remember, they had the best recruiting class of all the Big East teams two seasons ago.
