This penalty is a lot less than Ohio State deserves, but its more than i expected they'd get.

Don't forget at USC, their Basketball Program was out-of-control at the same time (Coach was fired, Program put on probation for numerous violations) and the NCAA took that into account as well...and since USC Hoops isn't a big $$$ maker...they added on some severity penalties on USC Football...just because the Institution was totally out of control (football and basketball).
