By the way, and this isn't really a story when it happens anymore, but Harvard is beating BC by 9 with eight minutes to go.

(I hope you guys who are leaving keep the Fredo hatred in your hearts. The Big East may be transient, but BC hate is eternal.)

SU as NYC's team is just laughable. I have addressed this issue multiple times yet those SU posters just won't learn. Both UCONN and RU have more claim to NYC than CUSE does.

BFD that CUSE brings a lot of fans to MSG. So does UCONN but you don't see UCONN fans running around claiming we are NYC's team.

That's because you're in Storrs CT. Syracuse is in the state of New York.

The ACC took us for a reason. Our New York City presence was certainly a factor. You can poopoo it all you want.

Pretty sure SNY Network a regional sports cable network that airs in New York metro area and almost all of the state in New York is the official network of UCONN. But no that doesn't mean anything.

Wow, I stopped watching since they kept being down big whenever I checked in. So Marquette was the only team who could not uphold conference honor tonight (and they really, really couldn't.)

A lot of Bearcat fans turned it off too...they were down 12 points with 6 minutes to go.

So when did ACC became god and decide which school is better?

So they took a school that's inferior in academics, inferior in football, inferior in men's basketball, inferior in women's basketball, inferior in Olympic sports, inferior in athletic facilities and inferior in TV markets.

No one ever claim ACC is smart though. However, they do have a spiteful worthless team like BCU and CUSE is private. You do have that going for you. Congrats!

You have a link regarding SU and SNY.

I don't see anything regarding Syracuse on these sites
http://web.sny.tv/schedule/programming.jsp
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SportsNet_New_York

Rutgers and UCONN have multiple programs for SNY Network. The only program that SU has is the coaches show which most Big East teams have.

So when did ACC became god and decide which school is better?

When they decided to pass Uconn up for SU and Pitt

So they took a school that's inferior in academics, inferior in football, inferior in men's basketball, inferior in women's basketball, inferior in Olympic sports, inferior in athletic facilities and inferior in TV markets.

SU has the largest bb fanbase i n the BE and pack arenas wherever they play on the east coast. Uconn has a great athletic dept. Not going to argue that but to claim better facilities and better academics is ridiculous. Uconn is just now raising money to get a new bb facility, which SU already has and SU doesnt have to rent a facility to play its bigger opponents.
Uconn just passed SU up on the US News best colleges on the last report for the first time and I think you are only 1 spot ahead of SU. Regarding markets, Upstate NY has twice the population of Connecticut, and SU is by far the dominant school in Upstate NY. Put another way, SU has alot more fans in the entire State of NY, with close to 20 million people than does Uconn.

No one ever claim ACC is smart though. However, they do have a spiteful worthless team like BCU and CUSE is private. You do have that going for you. Congrats!

BC has only one vote in the acc. There other more important reasons than spite from one school that caused Uconn to be left out. These are business people who are going to make the best decisions for the future of their conference and programs.

I stand corrected. SNY still has a contract with Big East and ACC has an all media rights deal with ESPN so it would be interesting to see what happens with that deal.

But they aren't...Cuse has been consisently NCAA Tourney Caliber since the early 70s. There are 50 year old fans who never saw a Cuse team with a losing record.
