Just pointing out that he listed only the size of one of PJCS stadiums boards. It is an easy enough mistake to make when reading UofL's website as they actually only give the size of the south endzone board (and then later state that it is the same size as the North board link). I wasn't being mean or mocking anyone with my post so not exactly sure why I deserve a d-bag reply.

Depends on how you look at it. Each endzone in PJCS has a 60ft x 20ft video board (1,200 sq feet). So while no board in the stadium is bigger than 1200 sq ft, the total video board space is actually 2,400 sq feet.

The list is for a single board. Several schools have more than one board, but they are not included in the total size. Even the proposal for Memphis's board includes a smaller one at the opposite site of the stadium.

These are the only photos I could find of the Boise State video board. If anyone else can provide better pictures, post them here.

Loved the entire atmosphere of the Liberty Bowl and had a great time. That thing was one of the few items I was bitching about. Glad to see it is getting replaced.
Now, if you can do something about getting people inside the stadium in a quicker fashion I would be really impressed. The line to get someone to physically tear my ticket was way too long. There was a group of several hundred people trying to get through a gate that had 3 people tearing tickets. I am glad that we closed up the tailgate fairly early.

Did you try going to a different gate? The wait at the gates closest to Tiger Lane are always long however the gates maybe a quarter ways around the stadium are much quicker.

The Tigers and Coke/Dr Pepper in a 0-0 struggle....

You're right. Dr Pepper got a sack in the endzone late in the game to win 2-0

Houston's getting a new football stadium in 2014. The scoreboard will be bigger. How big? We don't know yet.

Looking forward to seeing a game down there. From the preliminary renderings I've seen, it looks like it will be a very nice facility

It certainly will be. Hell, I'll even buy you a Saint Arnold seasonal brew in 2015, our first time to host you guys at the new digs. 04-cheers
