I stopped reading right there.

Big East (and their TV Partners) would invite a Div I-AA school from a large city (i.e. UT-San Antonio, Georgia State in ATL, UNC-Charlotte, Old Dominion, etc...) LONG before they would ever consider New Mexico State.

And any of the above will be LONG-SHOTS for quite sometime.

Zero reason to dream up a WILD scenario that would include a football team (when almost ALL FOOTBALL EXPANSION IS RELATED TO TV MARKETS) from the middle of no-where with zero appeal.
