--Akron and Buffalo may not be Division 1 in football by then anyway...not sure they are going to meet the attendance requirments

-- No one is sure that path the BE is going to take....if ND joins in football there will be no split at all.....If a split does occur...we could be looking be looking at schools with the best athletic programs to fit in our league ( Memphis, UCF, or ECU)....or we could be looking at schools that fit into the north east footprint (Army, Navy, Fordham).....at this point its anyone's guess...but its sure fun to talk about
