Memphis barely got out of the Shoe against a depleted UC team. I suggest you get a tougher OOC schedule looking at C-USA. We definitely don't need Memphis on our schedule. This is a once in a generation Memphis squad, hopefully Cal doesn't screw up this team like he has a great talent of doing. But, thankfully, we have Memphis football of our schedule. It got boring pounding them every year. We could roll out a 1-10 team and that one win would be against Memphis.

You pretty much did roll out another sh!tty football team. We just went
to our 3rd straight bowl game. I'm satisfied.

Memphis had the 4th toughest OOC in the nation this year(and not because of the bearcats) so I don't exactly know what you mean.

Yep, CUSA basketball sucks. Memphis is #3 in the nation though.
I don't "support" a conference anyway, I support my Tigers.

We give each other enough crap on the MAC boards to bother with anyonelse. Things have vastly improved with UCF and Marshall out of the conference ;-) Neither is missed

Doesn't say much for CUSA when UCF was 8-16 in the MAC (3 yrs conference games) and wins CUSA East their first year. Anyway good luck to all, I think we'd all do better learning to succeed and be happy in the conferences we're in. The MAC isn't perfect, no conference is. But I'll tell you (NIU) playing Michigan, Ohio St, Iowa,Northwestern, Maryland (2), Alabama and Iowa State (2) sure beats playing in the poulan weedwacker astro bluebonnet bowl. Plus with the new BCS formula allowing non BCS teams that are ranked in the top 12 to get a BCS bowl bid, trying to join a BCS conference is not worth the effort. Take care.

Took care of y'all though didn't we. Oh yeah, last I checked, Cincy didn't even make the NCAA's and also let go of a coach who looked to have a solid future. Ole Miss is now going to benefit very much from Cincy stupidity.

Memphis will be joining the Split BE for allsports for the 10th team after the split in 2010. It will make for a nice inter conference game with the SEC.
