why not? They still have Villanueva, Boone, Rashad Anderson, plus a new crop of talent coming in.
Won't be anywhere near the level they were at this year but they should still be competetive enough to be a tourney team. Depends how well the new guys gel.

I think the Huskies, will be a lock for the Big Dance in this upcoming season. But I think that UConn won't go as far as they did this year, because the Huskies are losing too good players in Okafor and Ben Gordon

UCONN's got no shot at the NCAA's next year! They suck. Sure they return a couple of key players, but look how they got coming in, Rudy Gay, AJ Price. Please. If these guys were any good they'd declare for the NBA draft.
peace.

rudy gay was considering the draft at one point.
that was a pretty dumb comment, i hope it was a sarcastic one.
uconn will be a top 25 team next year, even though they lose gordon and okeafor
villanueva will be awesome this year, anderson will shoot lights out. boone is still a beast down low.

UCONN will be good this year. We got a 2nd year PG in Marcus Williams, who shown flashes of brillance last year before being academic ineligible. Anyway, we got Rudy Gay, Ed Nelson, AJ Price and Antonio Kellogg coming in. These are some stud players. UCONN will be fine.
They will get some tough losses early in the year, but they will always peak at the tournament. Calhoun always get his team ready for the tournament. It should be a fun season.
UCONN is also recruiting some great players for the new class. It should be a blast!
Cant wait for football.
