BYU fans have been calling for Riley Nelson to be benched since late September. He did get the hook for a couple of games, but his replacement hurt his knee against Utah State.

Our coach refuses to give anyone else a chance, even when it's clear Riley can't get the job done. His stubbornness will probably cost him his job. Not this year, but after 2013 when his contract runs out.

20-14 to SJSU

In each of the four closer ones, Riley was at least as erratic and ineffective as he was last night. BYU fans think we would have had a real shot at 10-1 and an argument for BCS at-large consideration if our coach had swallowed his pride and yanked his favorite player.

Yuup. If they were ever gonna beat us it would of been this year. Our best QB red shirted and our best RB doesn't even start. We will beat them pretty easy next year.
