There's a couple of tough picks this week. I'm still not ready to rock the boat with any upset picks, per se, however, I do think Penn State will bounce back and get a win this week against Virginia after a tough, deflating loss at home to Ohio.

The North Carolina State - UConn matchup is difficult to predict, as is the Miami - KSU game. I'm going with the Wolfpack because I just don't think much of UConn or their coaching staff. I'd like to pick Miami as an upset pick, however, I think they'll struggle with KSU and eventually lose the game on the road.

There's no way I will pick Pitt this week after a tough loss to YSU. The Vegas line, however, is close...3 points in favor of Cincinnati.
