Rumors all over saying Louisville, UConn and Cincinnati to ACC Monday.

Then I more or less get my cake and eat it too. I wanted to stay in the Big East but I wanted the ACC for the academic prestige. Looks like most of the good Big East is now in the ACC already and with Cincy and UConn going too, it's basically the Big East on steroids with the academic prestige to boot. I sure hope this pans out because I don't want the Big XII.

The only football teams from the East that will not be in the ACC are Rutgers, West Virginia, Temple and South Florida. Big East teams in ACC:

Boston College
UConn
Syracuse
Pitt
Cincinnati
Louisville
Virginia Tech
Miami
Notre Dame

Let's not jump the shark. Let's see what happens monday!

No kidding. I see a pulled tweet and a bunch of other backpedaling on this. Doesn't mean it's not happening, but seems like far from a "done deal".

I will tell you Coach Strong is an over hyped coach. He is also a sideline chocker!

I don't understand why our fans are beginning to turn on Charlie? We're winning games again and we're still a year away from being a serious team. We knew this at the start of the season. So now that we've lost a couple of head scratchers we all of a sudden think the worst? We should have lost more games this season than we did, but we pulled them out. If we beat Rutgers we are BCS bound, but even if we don't we're bowling for a third straight year. What more can we ask of the man?

Ok, you see, the fans that are down on Coach Strong is coming mostly from those that played football. They see the football flaws in his logic.

Then Tom Jurich must not understand football either if he is willing to make him the highest paid coach in college to retain his services.

I'm still puzzled why Stein didn't break towards the endzone when He was wide open and His recievers were covered. Could of been the difference.

I think this will happen sooner rather than later. Just don't think there is enough fire out there to indicate the presser will go down tomorrow.

Well, my answer to you is Jurich though Steve Kragthorpe was the best young football coach out there. We see where that idea went.

I think LaBradford was joking. There was a Blaudschun blog post joking about that, and LaBradford was just referencing that.

The other joke was that UC/USF were playing for #3.
