Marcus, that is great news. Can you give me the story on him. Who do you think starts at linebacker next year? Will Revels step in, Corry Smith? or will one of them play DE ala Trent Cole etc.

Marcus, do you see any confirmation coming out about this in the media at any point in the near future? I relaize that it's a weird situation, but such a huge pickup is worthy of some mention possibly in a local paper. Perhaps, more likely, in an out of town paper?

The only reason I ask is because I like to see some confirmation to post with the list on the Den.

My guess is that Lennix will start on the opposite side as Smith. MLB is anyone's guess at this point. I'm sure Revels will be ready.

I haven't seen any "print" confirmation yet, and who knows if the Enquirer would pick it up. They seem to be oblivious to recruiting news, even if it his a high school All-American committing to UC.

FWIW, I am hearing that there could be another former OSU signee who lands at UC this off-season because he was denied admission there (and its not Maupin)...

Strange how one season can look so dismal at LB and then next it seems too full.

What's even more strange is that the Enquirer will post a verbal commitment of a local HS player to a different University. But not post anything about verbal commitments for UC in football. Our beat writer at the Cincinnati Enquirer for UC football does less work than a city employee.....

The Enquirer is an absolute embarrassment. They have absolutely no clue what is going on...
