Having a Mexican themed party is fine in certain instances (but I would have it coincide with an actual Mexican event or celebration - not having the party to be about "Mexicans"). Having some extremely stereotypical outfits is questionable, but probably just mildly stupid. The signs, however.....

What sorority was this?
