The Ncaa needs to kick some money to the Conferences. I believe the NCAA get's 6 billion on A eleven contract just for the NCAA tournament , that's not even counting regular season.

Division 1 basketball should be limited to about the top 200 programs...having 350 or so is way too many.

Something needs to change. That's A lot of money for the NCAA, with so little payout for basketball. There are millions of people that watch College Basketball. To me I think basketball should get nicer contract's .
