Maybe trophy games aren't an east coast thing, or it's not as traditional as we think Does the Harvard/Yale game have a trophy? Army/Navy?

RE: Rivalry Trophies (and those that should exist)
I propose Va Tech and Pitt play for the "King of the Hill" trophy because they are (by far*) the 2 ACC schools at the highest altitude.

Blacksburg - Altitude 2116 ft
Pittsburgh - Altitude 3000 ft

Trophy should look like a mountain, made of brass.

(that's my 2 cents, take it or leave it)
* I think Winston-Salem is 3rd at 912 feet.

Yes.

For that specific game, not the three way (ha!) CIC trophy?

Here is the list for Louisville.

Trophy Games

Keg of Nails: Louisville vs Cincinnati

The Keg of Nails is arguably the most manly rivalry trophy in all of college sports and has been awarded to the winner of the Louisville-Cincinnati game since 1929. The Keg of Nails was initiated by fraternity chapters on the UC and U of L campuses, signifying that the winning players in the game were "tough as nails." It is a replica of a keg that was used to ship nails. The keg is adorned with logos of both schools and the scores of the games. However, the current trophy is a replica of the original trophy which was lost by UofL during construction a number of years ago.

Cincinnati leads the series 30-21-1.

Governor's Cup: Louisville vs Kentucky

The Governor's Cup is a trophy awarded to the winner of the Kentucky-Louisville game. The schools have played 25 times overall and 19 consecutive match-up since the renewal of the series in 1994 (the series had been on hiatus since 1924 when Kentucky defeated Louisville 6 times without the Cards scoring). The Governor’s Cup was donated by Kroger at a cost of $23,000 and weighs 110 pounds and is 33 inches tall. It is made of hand milled black marble, optic-grade crystal, and 23-karat gold-plated brass.

Kentucky leads the overall series 14-11 with the Cards enjoying the most success in the modern series 11-8.

Potential Trophy Games

Louisville vs Memphis

Memphis is Louisville's second most played opponent (42 games between them) and the overall series is close with Louisville leading 23–19. Both are urban universities located on major rivers and nearly half (19) of the games have been decided by a touchdown or less. There was even a pre-game brawl (1992 end zone fight) in one of the match-ups.

The problem with Louisville-Memphis is that while the schools have a colorful and fierce history on the hardwood, the football side of things has been pretty lacking. In spite of the overall series being close, you will find that the program were never really consistently good at the same time. For example, prior to 1980, Memphis regular beat up on U of L and held a 14-4 lead in the series. Since 1980, Louisville has dominated the series 19-5. The fact that the programs have never seemed to be on an equal plane hasn't helped with the animosity.
