It got rolled into the ACC's new media deal with ESPN. In return for upping the payout by roughly $2 million, amongst other things, the ACC ceded the rights to the ACC symbol on this site as part of their tier 4 package. ESPN is currently in the process of deciding what to do with their newly acquired rights. Rumor has it that they will re-design the logo and exchange it (along with other assets) for equity Raycom. It is also rumored that the ACC will buy the remaining equity in Raycom, and ACC and ESPN will use the raycom platform to launch a new "ACC Network."

My inside source, who has yet to be wrong, informs me that this is ESPN's prototype new ACC logo:
