It was explained earlier in the year but I forget why the home game against NMSUx is far into the season. Maybe another Miner fan remembers.

I believe it had to do with McKensie Moore becomeing eligible after the semester.

I think they did it knowing Moore would be joining us late. This way he gets another opportunity to get minutes. The guy hadn't played at all in a year and a half.
