Remaining basketball opponents for each school
A lot would have to happen but the best I see C-USA finishing this year would be 10th. However, that would involve West Coast Conference teams losing a majority of their remaining OOC games and C-USA winning theirs. Here are the remaining OOC games for C-USA with RPI as of today from warrennolan.com:

8 SEC .5360
9 MVC .5324
10 WCC . 5206
11 CUSA .5055
12 Horizon . 4966

USM (69) - at Morehead St (196)
UTEP (94) - at Colorado St (23), Houston Baptist (334), at New Mexico St (155)
Memphis (115) - Oral Roberts (137), Loyola-MD (131), at Tennessee (59), at Xavier (80)
Tulsa (117) - at Florida St (130), Buffalo (219)
ECU (123) - Norfolk St (163), Campbell (306)
UCF (134) - Howard (284), Belmont (16) or Boston U (167), USF (121), Florida A&M (325)
UAB (139) - Northeastern (200), Ga Southern (235), at Dayton (62)
SMU (145) - Furman (347), Wyoming (27)
Tulane (187) - at Alabama (60), Wofford (146)
Marshall (221) - Delaware St (213), at Ohio (159)
Houston (222) - Prairie View (212), Texas Pan-Am (321)
Rice (319) - at Texas (106), Harvard (110), New Orleans (344)

Colorado State will be a huge road test. Final one before conference play. NMSU doesnt really count.

Here's to hoping UAB picks it up and actually beats a decent OOC opponent, which means Dayton. The team needs to improve A LOT though for that to happen.

I'm just worried about beating Northeastern this Saturday.

All signs point towards ECU sweeping their remaining OOC games. Pirates have won the games I expected them to win and lost the games I expected them to lose.

No, it NEVER happened. Southern Miss is the defending C-USA champions.
