Summary of 2013 Tulsa Football Recruits
The home state of the recruit is indicated after their name. Where there are no known offers, an accolode or news article is substituted. Tulsa makes offers early and, when the recruit accepts this early offer, many times a competing offer does not materialize.

This is one of TU's better classes, especially on defense. TU's recruiting classes in 2011 and 2012 were ranked 89 and 88 respectively. The 2013 class jumped 17 points to 71. Why did this happen? TU signed 8 of the top 20 high school players on the Daily Oklahoman's Super 30 list. TU signed an additional 2 players ranked in that Top 30 list. TU signed a Top 100 Texas high school player and a Top 10 player from Arkansas rivals list. Tulsa has won 2 Liberty Bowls since joining CUSA, one more than its CUSA-11 colleagues combined. The physicalness of TU in the few years has been raised a notch with this class. As TU Coach Ben Blankenship stated: "We got a little bigger and we got a little faster with this class."

Greyshirts recruited in 2012 and enrolling January, 2013 include LB Rob Reider, LB Craig Suits, and DB Johnell Celistan. However, DE Garrett McGrady was a late 2012 greyshirt recuit so I have included him above.

2013 verbal WR Keevan Lucas has enrolled early January 2013.

The ususal caveat is in order: I try to make the listings and offers as accurate as possible but I would be the last person to state everything above is 100% correct.

Thanks for doing that. Very informative.

Also, I think rivals may reevalutate some of the kids and upgrade Parker and Bean. They look very good on tape. Also Chris Harmon mentioned that could happen with Ryan Rubley since he looked much better this year than last.
