I think CUSA painted a barn in Pearl, MS to welcome the new members.

EVERYONE who attended the last CUSA baseball tournament there can attest to it and post pics.

Unfortunately I didn't get to go to the C-USA tournament, but I have been to Trustmark Park for a M-Braves game. It's a great facility and I think colleges in Mississippi should try to use it as often as they can.

ECU and Houston have put out consistent football programs. Memphis has an elite hoops program. UCF is huge and in Florida, and has the highest ceiling of the others. SMU has more money than any other and could be huge if people in Dallas ever care about them again. I hate we're left out, but I can see an argument for these. Tulane in nothing. Nobody shows up. Nobody cares. I can't believe how their ten fans have become so snobbish in the past two months. This is a team that once punted on 3rd down against us in the dome because, as their coach said post game, the team was "pissing down their leg" and it was over. The presidents who voted for the Wave have a hard for po-boys, is all I can figure.

+1. Tulane is an embarrassment to the conference. Glad they're gone
