I'd disagree. There are many fans of past CUSA programs that are remaining in CUSA that are excited about the future of this conference. I was frustrated at first, as any of us who haven't had the opportunity to move up/on were/are, but now that I've gone through all the stages, I'm fine with where we are going as a conference.

Ofcourse you guys are looking forward to the new conference, now you can finally win the East with UCF and ECU out of the way.

To be honest, I expect to win the East almost every year and look how that turns out. With that trend, and looking at everything on paper, I would hope for us to be the East favorite in 2013. However, given that this is Marshall I'm talking about, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if we finished 3rd or 4th in the division like we do every other year.

I expected us to be the CUSA East favorite for 2013 before anyone made any conference changes, primarily based off of how successful our offense was in 2012 and the fact that Cato will be a Junior. The conference changes help that a bit, I suppose, but it had nothing to do with my initial comment.

And with the latest dominoes falling regarding the Big East, I'm perfectly fine with where we are.

I find it funny that Big Least members are talking smack about the current CUSA...yeah...okay. Might as well have made your own conference, it really is the same difference. Crappy TV money, insane travel costs, ESPN's whipping boy...WOOO sounds like a conference I want to be a member of.

They're just responding to a group of CUSA fans who are running their conference down. They only come to this board because they know they're superior to us and they want to flaunt it... crummy bunch of people in a crummy conference in a crummy country on a crummy planet in a crummy universe.
