Who said "a desire for oral sex" was strictly a symptom of mental illness? IMO...a mans desire for oral sex from a woman is totally natural. Its Human nature. On the other hand, I believe that when a man wants oral sex from another man, is a mental illness.

Where does it all stop? At some point down the road I can see people with mental illnesses like pedophile Jerry Sandusky trying to claim "it was in his genetics" to want to lust and be sexually attracted to young boys.
