"Olympic" or low to non revenue sports included in league
Does anyone know what sports will fall under the america "all sports" 12 banner?

most everyone has
Football
M& W basketball
baseball/softball
M&W soccer

Can you regionalize or split off
Track and Field/cross country
tennis
golf
others?

I think UCF has a club team, but not aware of any of the "Southern Cluster" being involved in lacrosse. Seems to be an East Coast sport.

Quite possibly. Individual sports are only beholdened to a conference to participate in a conference tournament. There is no NCAA requirement (but there may be a BE requirement) to play any other school in your conference aside from the conference tournament in any individual sport. Team sports (aside from basketball) are only required to play 5 games within the conference, plus a conference tournament, per NCAA rules (again, a BE rule may supercede that). Basketball is the only sport that the NCAA requires either a double round-robin within a conference OR at least 14 conference games.

It is very possibel that within the NCAA's rules that sports could be regionalized. The BE/A12 may have their own such rules, though that could supercede the NCAA minimum requirements.

Lacrosse is pretty big in NC.... see UNC and Duke lax
